Shipping & Returns

We are a family bussines owned by two persons and this shop is a part of numerous works as conventions, commissions, and freelance jobs. For that reasons packages can take several weeks to be sent.

 

Preparation Time

Take in consideration that preparation time is not the same as shipping time.

It usually takes us between 1-2 weeks to prepare and send packages, but this time could be can be considerably longer for different reasons as mentioned above.

For preorders:

  • General preorders: It usually tooks 3 weeks to arrive from our supplier once the preorder date ended, plus the standard preparation time we have.
  • Shirts & Sweatshirts: It usually tooks 2-3 weeks to be ready for shipment.
  • Mousepads: It has a long crafting time and shipping to us, so it can take around 2 months to be ready.
  • Other preorders can take different times as we work with several suppliers and each one of them have their own deadlines. We'll publish those times in the news on the blog or social media.

 

Shipping time

  • Spain: 2-3 days
  • Europe: 1-2 weeks
  • USA, Canada, and other countries: 2-4 weeks

Shipping time starts once you receive the email confirming your order is on its way (always in business days). This is the approximate time, it depends on dates and circustancies. Please take in consideration: at times of overwork like Christmas holidays, conventions, or local holidays that affects the postal service the shipping time may vary.

 

Shipping options

  • Standard: does not include tracking number. No returns/refunds will be made if the product is damaged or lost during the shipping process. However we assure you we will protect the order as much as we can.
  • Tracking Shipping: includes tracking information that you can check in Correos web. If the package doesn't arrive after several weeks I will send your orden again to you.

We always protect our shippings with bubble and/or cardboard envelopes.

 

Cancellations

We take cancellations always is the product has not been ship yet. In case of preorders from clothes with specific sizes, we don't accept cancellations once the supplier start production.

Sometimes postal service ask about contact information as phone number or another data. We notify our customers as soon as we need the new information but if it takes more than 2 weeks with no response we'll cancel the shipping.

 

Returns & Refunds

We accept only returns 14 days after receiving the package. The return cost is covered by the customer and need to have a tracking number. We do not accept returns for preorders items or apparels. Refunds of the item cost (not shipping) will be made once the item arrive back in the same conditions as was previously shipped.

In case of returned packages we'll sent a notification and have it store in our workshop for a few months. There is no need to pay again for the item, but shipping is not included.

 

Custom duties

In some cases there will be VAT (value added tax) or other taxes. Customs and/or duties fees are levied by the destination country, and it's responsibility of the addressee to pay them.
